Gated Community is a book addressing graffiti and incarceration. Specifically, it is an autobiographical account of Richmond, Virginia based vandal REFUSE (Mickael Broth)'s ten month jailing between 2004 and 2005 for graffiti.

The book was published in three parts, each of which is a limited edition printing. Part one addresses Mickael's involvement in graffiti and his arrest. Part two and three focus on his incarceration and issues relating to race, punishment, capitalism, and property rights, among other topics.
